6winr Terms & Conditions

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 6winr platform ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6winr ("the Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the 6winr platform, regardless of how they access the Platform (mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means). These Terms are written in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2Player Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the 6winr platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 6winr strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify the legal status of online gambling in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, partnership, company or any other entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of 6winr, or a close family member of any such person.

6winr reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that an eligibility requirement has not been met, we may suspend your account pending investigation. If ineligibility is confirmed, any winnings derived during the period of ineligibility may be voided.

3Account Registration

To access the full range of features on the 6winr platform, you are required to register a personal account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.
• You are registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You will maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
• You will not allow any other person to use your account credentials to access the Platform on your behalf.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 6winr platform. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses or winnings held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 6winr will never ask you to provide your password via any communication channel, including email, SMS, phone call or live chat. Any request purportedly from 6winr asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify 6winr support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 6winr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Upon notification of suspected unauthorised access, 6winr will take reasonable steps to secure your account pending investigation.

5Deposits

6winr accepts deposits exclusively via the following approved payment methods for Bangladesh players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳100, credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳100, credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳100, credited instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.

Players are prohibited from depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful source. 6winr reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on deposit sources and may request supporting documentation at any time. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in the player's own name may be refused or subject to additional verification. 6winr does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 6winr are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit (bKash, Nagad or Rocket), in the player's own registered name.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, 6winr may require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identification document.
• Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. Winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until the relevant rollover conditions have been met in full.

6winr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes of approval, 24 hours a day including Bangladesh public holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 6winr does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

7Bonuses and Promotions

6winr may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins and other incentive schemes to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are credited to your 6winr account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per IP address. 6winr reserves the right to withdraw a welcome bonus if abuse or multi-accounting is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between players or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• 6winr reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of systematic abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or collusion between players to take unfair advantage of promotional offers.

Bonuses are provided as a marketing incentive and are not a right or entitlement of any player. 6winr does not guarantee that any specific bonus or promotion will be available at any given time. Players who are enrolled in a self-exclusion programme or have a restricted account are not eligible for bonus offers during the period of restriction.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6winr platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balances held:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players, dealers or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or providing misleading information during account registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name, or through any means that could constitute money laundering or financial fraud.

6winr reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably believes may constitute a prohibited activity. During any investigation, the relevant account may be suspended and funds may be withheld pending the outcome. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, 6winr reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9Responsible Gaming

6winr is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Cooling-off period — players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled.
• Self-exclusion — players may request permanent self-exclusion from the 6winr platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months and cannot be lifted early under any circumstances.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the 6winr platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of 6winr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right or licence to use any 6winr intellectual property for any purpose whatsoever outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content obtained from the 6winr platform without the prior written consent of 6winr. Unauthorised use of 6winr intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6winr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other commercial or economic loss, even if 6winr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6winr makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6winr will use reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available and functional; however, temporary downtime for maintenance, updates or technical issues may occur and shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

12Amendments to Terms

6winr reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 6winr will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a communication to your registered contact details. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 6winr arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation by contacting 6winr's support team. 6winr is committed to fair and timely resolution of all player complaints and disputes.
